Brushapes License Agreement

This license agreement ("license") is applicable to all sales and downloads on Brushapes.com website for transactions occurring after November 2nd, 2023. This legal agreement governs the use of software, assets, electronic documents, instructions, guidance, tutorials, including video content, and any other form of data or digital media associated with the software.

By downloading, installing, or using the products, you enter into this agreement with Pixelbuddha Studio FZCO company.

Brushapes is not liable for any faults that may occur through the use of products sold on our website under our licenses. We do not cover losses resulting from copyright claims or malfunctions caused by the products or licenses sold on our website.

Standard Commercial Licence

  • Crafting End Products: Your creations should distinctly differ from the original item, showcasing your time and effort investment.

  • Commercial Limitation: A single item purchase applies to 10 projects, with Installable Items having exceptions for a one-seat per license basis. Personal use projects have no limitations.

  • Sales Limit: Under the Standard License, you may sell End Products up to 500 units. Exceeding this limit requires purchasing an Extended License separately.

  • Modification Rights: You're free to modify or manipulate the item; however, Brushapes Studio retains all rights, title, and ownership.

  • Restrictions: Strictly no sub-licensing, reselling, sharing, or redistribution of items. Items cannot be made available on digital asset management systems.

  • Media Usage: Purchased items are allowed in TV, films, streaming videos, and online videos, capped at 10,000 views per month. Exceeding this limit requires purchasing an Extended License separately.

  • Prohibited Use: Items cannot be used in an unlawful, offensive, or harmful manner.

Extended Commercial Licence

Please note that the Extended License, allowing unlimited sales of End Products and TV/online streaming. Perfect for studios and agencies, providing 5-seats license. Must be purchased separately.

Additional Notes

  • Breaching the agreement may lead to termination without refund.

  • This agreement embodies the entire understanding between you and Brushapes Studio.

  • If any provision is deemed invalid, it doesn't affect the remaining terms' validity.

  • All items are provided "as is" without warranty.
